The Goals List

My goals list… it’s a lofty one but it's one I am determined to accomplish over the next 12 months.

 

To help set myself up for success I have an accountability partner and have enlisted the help of an app called Streaks.

 

Lastly, I don't expect perfection and to do things right every day. I will have grace with myself (as best I can).

 

So let's do this!!!

 

  1. No dating, this includes no hooking up = no sex

    1. This is by far the longest I have gone since I started!!

  2. Read 12 non-fiction books

    1. This includes 10 minutes a day of anything

  3. Read 1 page a day of those small daily tip type of books

  4. Quit drinking

    1. I have agreed I may have grace here during certain events like Gluhwein at Christmas

    2. But my goal is to be 100% dry

  5. Lift weights 3x/week   +  1 yoga/week  + 1 other activity/week

  6. Complete 1 crocheting event

  7. Engage in 1 social activity per month

  8. Work out of the house 1x/month

  9. Meet with family once monthly

  10. Post on LinkedIn 3x / week

  11. Blog 1x / week

  12. Have $5,000 in savings

 

I may add, update and change this as time goes on. If something is too easy, I'll potentially challenge it or add something new! There are some though that are firm, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

 

1 year, 12 months, 365 days etc etc… it’s a looonnnggg time!!!
