I have been on a fitness and health journey for the last year. I have not been the most disciplined, I don't spend hours at the gym and I do not have the perfect diet. But I have gotten in really good shape regardless of that, I do lift 3 days a week, I TRY to squeeze in cardio once weekly (swimming or cycling) and I eat 80% healthy. BUT I still have a lot of improvements to make and some areas that can get cleaned up.
